Shipping Information

1) We ship out all orders on the same business day as long as they are placed before 9:00AM EST (Mon - Fri). Orders placed after this time are shipped on the following business day.

2) Transit time to American addresses (Continental US) using USPS First Class Mail is 2 to 4 days. For example orders placed before 9:00AM EST Friday should arrive on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday should arrive by Wednesday or Thursday.

3) Transit time to Canadian addresses using Canada Post is typically 3 to 5 business days.

4) Transit time for overseas shipments is usually 1 to 2 weeks, however, on occasion it can take up to 4 weeks. Timing for overseas shipments is the most variable.

QUESTION: Will you ship to my country, and if so, how much is shipping and handling?

ANSWER: We ship to many countries worldwide with tracking starting at just $4.85! If your country is on the country drop-down menu in the shopping cart, then we will ship there. If your country is not on the country drop-down menu, then unfortunately at this time we do not ship there. We are proud to say that we have shipped our high quality titanium products to many countries around the world including: Japan, Germany, Switzerland, The United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, and Australia just to name a few.

To see the exact shipping options based on your order and your desired ship to address, just enter your shipping address in the shopping cart and you will be presented with a complete set of shipping options including approximate transit times, costs and delivery methods available.


QUESTION: When will you ship my order?

ANSWER: Once we receive your order, we will review it for accuracy and approval. We ship out all orders on the same business day as long as they are placed before 9:00AM EST (Mon - Fri). Orders placed after this time are shipped on the following business day.

If you have not received any emails, please check your junk mail folder. You may need to do this even if you have received orders from us before because shipping emails come from a different IP address and may get blocked by some email filters.


QUESTION: What is a US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Number?

ANSWER: A US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Number is not the same thing as a Tracking Number, even though the post office often uses the words "Track and Confirm." A Tracking Number will tell you exactly where a letter or package is located at that moment.

A Delivery Confirmation Number will tell you when and where that letter or package was delivered. For example, when we send out a USPS First Class or /Priority Mail package, we include a Delivery Confirmation Number in the shipment confirmation email that we send out.

This is very handy because if you have the shipment going to c/o General Delivery or someplace else for example, you can check online at www.USPS.com to see if the package has been delivered before you make the trip to pick it up, only to find that it isn't there yet.

It also comes in handy if you've checked and confirmed that it was delivered and you get to the post office and they tell you that they don't have it, you can speak with certainty and tell them that according to their web site, they received the package on such-and-such date and exactly what time was it that they scanned the shipment.


QUESTION: Did you ship my order?

ANSWER: When your order has been picked and packaged for shipping we will send you an email with the delivery confirmation number (or tracking number if you selected Priority).

The delivery confirmation number will not register until it has been scanned by the post office. Occasionally, a delivery confirmation number will not be scanned by the postal service and will not register until the package has actually been delivered. If you receive the email from us, but the number does not register when trying to track, please try again at a later time.

QUESTION: Why does my delivery confirmation number not show tracking information is something wrong?

ANSWER: Occasionally the USPS delivery confirmation number (not an official tracking number, but often provides some amount of tracking information) for the First Class Mail shipping option does not register until the package has physically been delivered.

If you click on the delivery confirmation number to follow your shipment and it does not show tracking details (it might just say that electronic shipping information was received), then it is not cause for immediate concern.

The most common reason for this is that the USPS post office did not scan the code into their system. Their overall delivery success rate is very close to 100% for packages arriving at the specified shipping address, so you can be confident that your package will arrive regardless of the delivery confirmation updates (or lack there of) prior to you receiving the package.
